One side of the brick represents the present: me as a student. The other side represents the future: me as an elementary school teacher. The puzzle pieces on the sides represent me trying to figure out my life, and the rulers on the other two sides are just a symbol to represent teaching

Andy Warhol- Brillo
Andy Warhol once stated, "I'm painting this way because I want to be a machine." One of his works that portrayed that statement is his Brillo box structure. I believe that he created this work of art using Brillo boxes and arranged them that way to prove to himself, and others, that he could be a machine and do the work a machine does, if he wanted to.
